We searched for the best rate and low fee from various lenders and found Lend Plus got a competitive rate for our mortgage refinancing. We feel very fortunate to have worked with David (Dat) Truong. He always replied to our questions/concerns timely, sometimes late at night. He was knowledgeable \\u0026 explained everything in details. He was able to coordinate the loan process very smoothly. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had the unfortunate pleasure of trying to work with Jim Panthaki. He is either overwhelmed with customers and can't fulfill his promises or he deliberately lies and misleads his customers. When he was unable to lock in a rate and the cost went up his response was \\\"it's only a couple hundred dollars\\\" Easy to say when it's not your money. Got a better rate with lower closing costs from another company. Good luck out there.

Hello all,\\nI cannot recommend Cordie Bogard any stronger. I spoke to at least a dozen refi folks at different companies and Cordie came through with everything she promised. I got locked in to the VERY lowest rate 30 year mortgage rate out there - everyone else was at least a tenth of a point higher. Cordie answered my calls, emails and texts right away, every time. If you're looking for honesty, straight forwardness with a very attentive and understanding refi officer, look no farther than Cordie. I think my whole experience with Lend Plus was remarkable. I worked with Brian Kamody as my loan officer and Colleen Gutierrez as my loan processor. Both were very thorough. From beginning to end, my refinance went extremely smooth and it closed in 3 weeks. I want to give extra kudos to Brian because he was there to pick up his phone anytime I had a question and especially the night we signed with notary.
